Agentes de Cambio: Helping Doña Ana County adapt and thrive

Agentes de Cambio is a workforce development program that trains community health workers (CHWs) to increase public health preparedness and help businesses respond to COVID-19. As COVID-19 continues to impact businesses' operations, Agentes de Cambio is training and placing Community Health Workers (CHWs) with employers to support the health and wellbeing of workers. The program is building a strong, well-trained cadre of CHWs, employed across all sectors, to help Doña Ana County businesses and residents to adapt and thrive.

Agentes de Cambio is a program of the DAC Health and Human Services Department and is made possible with funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
